will was great! he helped from the very start, taking a bunch of my preliminary calls while i figured out exactly what route i should take for navigating the process of marrying an immigrant. we hired him to basically ensure against mistakes i might otherwise be prone to making. it cost money for sure, but it was nice to have an expert deal with the stress and the forms that would likely cause me problems. will was very good about taking my calls and responding to texts when i did have questions. he also guided us through the interview process a week or two in advance. i'm glad that immigration is a federal process and not a state one because it allowed me to hire will and not someone from my own corrupt neighboring state and town. would call his office up again any time. he was outstanding!

Was really good at getting back it me in a timely manner. Sometimes things can be time sensitive and it great to have a Will on top of it. He also talked to me one-on-one more than other lawyers I've talked to. Normally, I mainlly talk to and interact with a paralegal and rarely talk to the lawyer. With Will I could contant him personally and he would even respond outside buisness hours. Going through the immigration process is diffcult and can be hard to navigate. Having someone to guide you throough the process, especially Will, was a godsend. Thanks, Will.

Attorney William Bortz assisted us with our case all the way from our initial K1 Visa petition, through to the adjustment of status, including an RFE pertaining to our adjustment, a denial for our adjustment of status and a motion to reconsider. He also attended our Green Card Interview, which resulted in an approval! We could not have asked for anyone better to have on our side. He was always super responsive, he took our calls no matter the question or time. He responded quickly to all of our texts. He was always confident that we would get our case approved which brought our stress down. With the tight timeframe of our Motion to reconsider he really put in work figuring out the best course of action and made sure to have our paperwork ready and mailed in asap. We're already signing him on for assistance with the removal of conditions 2 years from now. He has been invaluable throughout this process and we couldn't be more grateful. There are no real words to explain our wonderful experience. William applied for a visitation visa for a family member in Colombia, South America who has a very poor economic status. We knew from the get go that the odds of her approval were very slim, especially given her country of residence. To our surprise, her interview was moved up to almost an entire year sooner than originally scheduled AND she was approved on the spot. There’s no way in a million years we could have done this without William and his team. We will be forever grateful for them.
