I agree with another reviewer. He believed things were being done that weren't what he asked for, and what he wanted wasn't being done, all to pad the bill. This was my experience. I suspected I was being steered into a lawsuit, when that was not necessary. After 4.5 months the document I needed was still not delivered. Instead the wording was changed such that the other (cooperative) party would not sign it. It totally destroyed a year of research and planning, and put me back at square one. I am actually still debating if I should be filing a complaint against the license of the lawyer involved.

I would like to report concerns regarding the professional conduct of Stacey Leasure, who is employed as a paralegal. It has come to my attention that she regularly discloses privileged and confidential legal information to individuals who are not authorized to receive it. I have personally received unsolicited details pertaining to another individual’s legal matter. I do not understand how such disclosures could be permissible under any ethical or legal standard governing paralegals or legal support staff. Despite efforts to identify an appropriate avenue to file an anonymous complaint, I have been unable to locate a mechanism to do so. Given the seriousness of these breaches, I believe this individual should be investigated for failing to uphold the confidentiality and ethical obligations required of someone in her position.

Worst experience I’ve had with a law firm. Took it upon themselves to do things I didn’t ask for and billed me for them. Said they would do certain things I asked for and did complete opposite I feel just to get money out of me. Would definitely stay away

Seth really helped me out. He let me know that it wouldn't make financial sense for their firm to take my case and gave me two referrals for other firms that can help. I appreciate them going above and beyond.
