I recently helped a friend with a legal issue fill out an application for 603 Legal Aid assistance. Sean called him the very next day, and Lee called a few days later. After gathering all the facts, we then found out my friend did not have to go to court after all and the case was dismissed by the plaintiff after Lee brought information to their attention. Thank you both very much for helping out my friend as we were both very worried about him having to go to court.

Unreliable. Sent them a lot of personal info. They contacted me letting me know they accepted my application and were willing to attend court. Then they never returned my emails or calls. And they never showed up.

Jessica Erazo claims to be someone who fights AGAINST Domestic Violence/Abuse, but she's actually someone who promotes and fights FOR Domestic Violence/Abuse by women against men. I reached out to 603 Legal Aid trying to get assistance with legal representation and they told me "This is not their area of expertise and would not be able to help me" because they're protecting their own attorney. I have court documents to back this up and show how vigorously she's supporting a Domestic Abuser in not only abusing me but also abusing and neglecting my children. I wouldn't recommend 603 Legal Aid to anyone because they're not going to help you at all.

As of right now I am leaving them 1 star. I have been on hold since 9am and it is 12:20 right now. I understand long wait times but this is ridiculous. The recording states they are open from 9-1230, which means I’ve waiting on hold for 3.5 hours and am no closer to getting help.

I'm guessing that this organization has been helpful to many, but in my case, they were not. I called due to an issue I was experiencing, and stayed on hold for over 20 minutes. They offered a callback option according to your place in the phone queue, which I opted in for. I was third in line to speak with someone. I never received a call back. I waited all day with my phone by my side so as not to miss the call. Never happened. I'm not sure why, or what happened. Thankfully I was able to resolve the matter on my own. However, when you call a place designed to provide legal aid to those who are in need of advice, the very least you can do is to respond. And that very simple act never happened.
