Because my ex and I lived in a different state, the divorce proceedings were conducted remotely, and I was full of anxiety and tension about going through it alone in English, as my second language. The lawyer who was initially in charge is no longer with this law firm, but I got the impression that "even if I asserted my rights in this country, this is what would happen in the end". However, just when I was about to give up, I received a call from Chris saying, "I'll take over your case." This phone call changed my life. Despite our different cultures and native languages, Chris understood my background and what I wanted to convey, and delivered results that exceeded my initial expectations. This divorce proceeding was such a long-term, but even when I was anxious and felt like I was going to give up, Chris encouraged me over the phone many times and understood my feelings. Chris is an honest, positive, and trustworthy lawyer with a strong sense of justice. That's why, when the case was halfway through, I was able to leave it to Chris with peace of mind. I had a support modification post-mediation that was with an adversarial party. With this case I’ve been managing it for 11 years, and in my 5 attorneys worth of experience, including a well retained person, the only team to serve me well was the team here. I’m from another town and was referred by LegalShield, which they graciously honored. It’s hard to find representation when you’re in a rural region, so these two things together were very important. As far as professional service and courtesy goes, I have never felt so well attended, and I mean by the whole team. Front desk staff, paralegal, main attorney, billing, and even the intake was smooth. I came back for another “lack of care” case, and they didn’t pull punches on what the process could take. Leading me to abandon a case BEFORE investing in deposition or working with specialists. Iykyk, and it was one of the best set of jurisprudence reviews I’ve received. If I had more time, I would gush about the specifics of how my attorney followed my requested lead with very sound redirections. An absolute pleasure to work with!

Absolutely the worst law firm I've ever had the displeasure to deal with. I'm a licensed professional and deal with a bunch of lawyers. Three lawyers,... and I've been beaten down by my wife's lawyer, the judge, and my lawyers. I even accused my last last lawyer of representing my wife, while I paid his bill. If you choose this firm, you'd better know the laws better than them... but then they won't represent you if you do. One of the staff lawyers quit, the second agreed to a strategy and then went against it in court. That cost me tens of thousands of dollars. The third lawyer revoked his representation because I called him out for his poor representation. And to top it off, the managing partner doesn't agree with his lawyers or vice versa. The only high mark is that they wiped the $6k invoice for the flawed court appearance after i told the managing partner that i would not pay it. Good thing, because I just finished paying my wife's lawyer a comparable amount. Good ridence. If I can get you on malpractice, I will... with punitive damages to boot. The insanity from this firm has beyond anything I could have expected from my worst nightmare, coming from someone that tries to be prepared for every contingency. I've got every email and filing from the past year, so this may be fun!

I give this law firm 5 stars. The team that they have is top notch and very professional. I had the opportunity to work with Samantha and her professionalism was the best I have seen. They helped me through my process and their communication with my case was very fluent and easily understood. Her courtroom presence and presenting your case was very precise and fierce. I would recommend this law firm to anyone and they will never let you stand alone.
