Full Review: I worked with Alan C. Olson & Associates on an employment law matter, and I strongly recommend them. From my very first conversation with Alan, I felt listened to and supported. He helped me understand that my concerns were valid, which gave me the confidence to move forward. Tristan handled the majority of my case and was calm, thorough, direct, respectful, and always reassuring. Any time I emailed or called because I was unsure about contract language or uncomfortable with how something was written, he took the time to explain it and made sure I fully understood what it meant. He never rushed me and always made sure I was comfortable before signing anything. He was also very responsive. Any time I asked for an update, he was happy to provide one. The process could have been extremely stressful, but with their guidance I only experienced two difficult weeks at the start of the case, and that stress was due to the situation itself, not the firm. After that, everything felt much more manageable because I knew I had a team that genuinely cared about protecting me. They are straightforward and honest about your options. They do not push court unless it is truly the best path for you. In my situation, they were candid that going to court could have put too much emotional strain on me after seeing how difficult the early weeks were. Time was of the essence when I needed the services of Mr Olson , he explained everything very clearly , very professional and relieved an enormous amount of stress. Highly recommend and would use him in the future if I needed to.

His paralegal was very rude, after a 15 minute phone conversation She was going to get Mr. Olson to possibly speak with me. I was told he would not because there was a conflict of interest. When I asked what type she said she could not say, I also asked if they may possibly be able to refer me to someone else who could help me and again was very rude. Said not able to and couldn't and wouldn't. And I asked if she could ask Mr Olson, if he popped Possibly could recommend somebody and refused to even ask and abruptly hung up. So if they are that rude? And arrogant to possible clients makes you wonder how they are with the ones that they have. If any? If it ever comes up, I will not. Hesitate to express my experience with this awful law. Firm just terrible
