I had a great interaction with Mr. Turim. There were questions about my case that I wasn't sure about, and he reassured me of the process. He also reassured me that I would not be passed around to different people within the firm, but that I would be in contact with him at all times. He clearly explained what to do right after a workplace injury — from filing an incident report to seeking immediate medical treatment — and pointed out common mistakes people make early on that can hurt their claim. He also walked me through what happens if an insurance company denies or cuts off benefits, including how they fight back by filing appeals and providing medical support.
