Got a wealth of information in less than an hour! Well worth the price of consultation. Alena gave me so much hope. I will definitely be taking her on, as soon as I get some money saved. She works with after-pay if you can get it (I didn’t get approved), but that will come in real handy for some people. 10/10 would recommend!

Words can’t fully express how grateful I am to Ms. Shautsova, but I’ll try. She helped me with my complex defensive asylum case and supported me through one of the most difficult periods of my life. I had originally hired a well-known Manhattan-based attorney who took my retainer and then completely stopped responding to my messages and calls, leaving me in the dark just four months before my court date. I was completely lost and had no idea what to do next. While searching online, I came across Ms. Shautsova’s profile on Avvo. I had a call consultation with attorney Alena Shautsova. She was very knowledgable, caring and professional. Provided me with good practical advice how to approach a current situation I am dealing with. I am currently in a pending situation with our current legal representative but I value Alena’s input and would turn to her again if need be and would recommend highly her service to others too.
