After a nasty divorce that led to never-ending custody disputes, working with Nick Moore took an enormous weight off my shoulders. Service and care are clearly his priority, and he is deeply invested not just in his clients, but in the best interests of the entire family. I truly cannot say enough good things about Mr. Moore and his team. He represents my children and my voice so well and he DOES NOT MISS. He is incredibly thorough when reviewing documents, extremely observant, and has a rare ability to understand family dynamics. His insights go far beyond the surface and reflect a deep investment in truly knowing my case. What I appreciate most is that he amplifies my voice and advocates fiercely for me, while also guiding me on how to carry myself throughout the litigation process. Mr. Moore offers clear direction on how to communicate with the other party, keeps me grounded, and consistently encourages a focus on my children’s best interests. His legal advice is thoughtful, strategic, and well-calculated. He keeps me informed about strategy every step of the way and makes excellent use of every resource available to him. The care he takes with language alone speaks volumes. His choice of words shows just how much time and effort he invests into understanding my family and my case. It honestly feels like he earned a PhD on my situation. The retainer is worth every penny. If you’re looking for an attorney who is detailed, strategic, compassionate, and truly committed, Nicholas Moore is THE ONE!

Tried to inquire about consultation of services on behalf of my girlfriend. The hours of their operations conflict with her schedule as do many others for those who typically work a 9-5 mon-fri. The receptionist seemed to be misinformed about knowing the flexibility of the attorneys and must've not passed them down the detailed message regarding the fact she cannot answer the phone when at work. Instead they proceeded to try calling her multiple times, completely disregarding what I told them when they could've just emailed her. If they can't adhere to simple detailed parameters to get a case started, how are their clients supposed to feel confident with them handling their cases? After this experience, we will be looking for a different firm that are more considerate, flexible and mindful than this one.

I retained this attorney in 2020 after a personal recommendation from someone whose case appeared to be handled successfully by this firm. Based on that recommendation, I contacted the office and spoke with an intake attorney who reviewed my situation in detail. During that initial intake call with Kathleen, I was told that the firm specialized in my type of case and that my attorney could obtain specific outcomes for me, including child support, a portion of my spouse's retirement, and reimbursement for the children's school expenses I had paid on my own. I was told these outcomes were very achievable, and reimbursement for school expenses was described as an "easy" issue to win. Based on these representations, I hired the firm and paid a $15,000 retainer (which I was told was a discounted referral rate). One of the most significant issues during my representation involved a hearing regarding reimbursement for my children's school expenses. Despite repeated assurances that this issue was straightforward, my attorney appeared unprepared at the hearing. She did not have the correct exhibits organized, struggled to present the evidence clearly, and was unable to adequately answer the judge's questions. The judge ultimately ruled in favor of the opposing party, citing insufficient evidence. Gathering, organizing, and presenting that evidence was the responsibility of my attorney. By the end of the year, I had paid approximately $100,000 in legal fees, and my divorce was still not finalized. I was then billed for the hearing that was lost. I informed Michelle, in finance that I could not afford to pay for a hearing that had been represented as an easy win but was not properly prepared or presented. A few months later, I spoke with Michelle on the phone explaining my concerns. I was told she would discuss the matter with the attorney and follow up with me. I did not receive any response or communication for approximately four years. During that time, I believed the matter had been closed and, for that reason, I chose not to leave a public review. After approximately four years of no communication, I received an email demanding payment. Due to the lack of contact for several years, I initially thought the message might not be legitimate. Within two weeks, the firm placed the balance into collections. At that point, I felt it was important to share my experience so that others are aware of how billing disputes and unresolved concerns may ultimately be handled. Based on my documented experience as a client, the level of preparation, accuracy, communication, and financial handling did not align with what was represented at the outset of my case. I would encourage anyone considering this firm to read the negative reviews. They appear genuine.

As a 50-year-old who's seen my fair share of law offices, I have to say Antonyan Miranda in Temecula runs a remarkably tight ship. Their team treated my family matter with a level of professionalism and discretion that’s become rare these days. I especially appreciated how they didn’t rush me—everything was explained clearly, without the usual legal jargon. You can tell they’ve got deep experience, but they don’t act like they’re too busy for you. In a world full of flashy promises, it’s refreshing to find a firm that just quietly gets the job done right.
