My husband and I went to Aptt Law for help setting up Trusts and completing our Wills, Healthcare Powers of Attorney and Durable Powers of Attorney . They had the expertise and contacts in other states to complete the job in a timely manner. They were friendly, flexible and professional. I would recommend them to people of all ages, but especially people approaching retirement who want to have things in order for their heirs.

If I could give Geoff 1000 stars, I would. I contacted him a week before Christmas for a surprise trust/tax emergency that had to be handled by EOY. My husband and I were completely desperate, and he was the only one in Rhode Island who would help me-- I cannot thank him enough. He patiently sorted through my records, found angles that our previous lawyer/accountant/advisor had overlooked, and worked directly with my accountant to find a workable solution that saved the day. He was so thorough and measured and calm, was able to explain legalese to me in a way that I could understand, and is just a good guy. Will be hiring Geoff again for some estate planning and would recommend him to anyone.
