Edit - 10/13/2025 Please do NOT use this law firm. Law School 101 is putting your bar# after your name when filing documents in a court setting...Yiesha Jones this has to be a joke right? Yall claim to spent the whole $5,000 retainer but you don't put your bar# after your name? Still the client hasn't received her case file Edit for another update 9/30/2025: When posting a review edit 8/28/2025 Yiesha Jones filed at 8:58pm to withdraw from client. Instead of getting back with the client who had reached out multiple times to Alan or left messages, she got upset and filed to withdraw. On 9/5/2025 client ask for her case file since on her motion to withdraw it states she can have a copy by contacting the office of online. Online info doesn't have near all the paperwork in her case. She contacted via messages she needed a copy of her entire case file. As of today's date there continues to be no correspondence with the client to receive her case file. It seems to be a pattern with the reviews I've read. $5000 retainer and they state it's all gone, however under billing on their app it states $2605 has been billed. It's easy for a client to get confused since they are not an attorney and this is why they hired one. Edit: 8/28/2025 Still no response back to client. Failure to communicate with client. Response time is astronomically ridiculous. I’ve called and left a message and ask them to have the attorney call me back or the client NOTHING! They answered about fees and still no attorney phone call. Communication is key and they’re lacking!

I would not recommend this law firm. Communication was extremely poor—most updates came through an automated texting system rather than actual phone calls, and when they did text to ask if I was available for a call, no one ever followed through. I started with this firm almost a year ago and saw no progress. Last update I saw in the system was October 2024. I paid thousands of dollars for services I could have completed on my own for much less, while they repeatedly dragged their feet. Ultimately, I had to give up. On top of that, I have been unable to obtain a refund for unused services. Overall, my experience showed a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for clients.

Beware this law firm. Law firm spent more time trying to funding than representing the case. Attorney is not communicative and did not attend court on court date. I'm not sure if they are overbooked or incompetent. One speaks to fraud, the other speaks to over-employed. Either way, attorney is ineffective. Avoid this lawfirm for anything more complex than a notary public.

They never would answer my calls for days and set up multiple appointment times with me that they missed not by just hours but days. Highly unprofessional
