I contacted these people when my father got in a car accident. They spent days asking questions about the accident and his injuries. Questions like if he needed medical help at the crash site and if he took an ambulance to the hospital. My dad's car was totaled, but thank God his injuries were not major. After a week, they declined to take the case with a text message and little explanation. And to make things worse, a month later these people finally called us back to talk to my dad. Except they confused him with another client with the same first name. I knew something was wrong but the woman insisted she needed to talk to my dad. She finally realized her mistake and hung up. This should be a big red flag that these people do not check important details. Not something you want from a good law firm. I really wish I had never called these ambulance chasers.
