I had a great experience working with Peter Tovey. He was extremely thorough in reviewing all my previous immigration packages and took detailed notes on what could help strengthen my new application. What I appreciated most was that he never made me feel bad for anything I didn’t have — instead, he found creative ways to convey the same message with the materials I did have. Throughout the entire process, I felt very supported and confident that I had the right person on my team. They just collected my consultation fee and I didn’t hear from them again. I had a consultation with Peter Tovey at the beginning of February 2025. The consultation was alright. Peter mentioned there was part of my case that would require to be completed by another party due to him not dealing with the type of forms needed to complete that portion. I expressed to him that I would like to do whatever I could with them since I had heard good things about this law firm. Peter told me at the end of our consultation that he would follow up after doing a bit more research and possibly connecting me with someone that could complete the portion I needed. I have not received a call back, message or even an email from them. From my personal experience I have never waited so long for a follow up. I recommend that you save yourself the money, time and frustration and find a team/lawyer that can communicate accurately and promptly.

I worked with Grant Burton to create a living trust. He is very experienced and knowledgeable. He translated all the legal jargon to English to help me understand it easily. I procrastinate all things "documents" but thanks to him, I did not have to do any work except for signing final documents. The whole process was smooth and painfree.
