Working with this lawyer (Carol Armstrong) was a deeply disappointing experience. After paying her, all we got was the information that my husband is inadmissible to stay in the U.S. Now that we’re pursuing my visa abroad with a new lawyer, we asked her to provide a professional version of what she had already told us (instead of just screenshots of emails). To our shock, she demanded an additional $3,500 just to do that. I understand that legal services are expensive, but this felt exploitative and unhelpful. Rather than supporting clients through an already stressful and emotional process, she seemed more focused on extracting additional fees. This left us feeling taken advantage of and unsupported. I would not recommend her to others seeking compassionate or fair immigration representation.

They will lie to you about the timeline of getting your family over here and then take 3+ months to submit your application. AVOID AT ALL COST. If you need to use an immigration lawyer find anyone else.
