So far ive had a really great experience with alcocks and associates. My attorney Lisa Elkin has helped me with my case and she is great on doing her job i have no complains at all she is the best. All staff are respectfull and they make sure the customers feel safe and comfortable and one thing for sure they are honest and straight forward about the importance of your case and thats always a good thing. Michelle Lopez has been nothing but a HUGEEE help to my dad’s case. She’s been very attentive and when she reaches out it’s not only to gather documents but to also see how my dad is feeling and to assure us we are in good hands. Alcock is a great law firm . It's a beautiful building and they give you 5 star service. They listen to clients well. Andrea Hanao was especially helpful in helping me solve an issue i had. She follows through with the clients concerns. She was as attentive , and made several calls to me to make sure I was happy with the service I was receiving.
