Arnold & Smith you have a great one here. Can’t say enough about Pete McArdle and his Paralegal Mary Bolynn. Divorce court is not easy but these two prepped me and had all documents labeled and in files so it was easy to explain while I was on the stand. Mary did great at communicating and staying in contact with me. I think Pete is the Michael Jordan of Attorneys. He literally came in as my 3rd Attorney due to previous attorneys not defending me properly. He was able to correct a lot of the issues that were caused by my prior attorneys. Unlike some of the Attorneys in my area he is honest and provides real scenarios of how the case will go. He WILL NOT mislead you. Like the old saying, “If he tells you a gnat will pull a freight train, tie the gnat to the train and watch it go.” I fought an unethical system for 5 years. If you need an Attorney that will fight for you and have your best interest this is your guy. Don’t wait like I did. Hire Pete immediately. Thanks again Pete and Mary.

Attorney Cowan and team are amazing! After our first call I knew that they were the perfect fit for our situation. They are extremely educated on everything that is foster care, guardianship, and adoption. I am recommending them to all my friends that need advice or help. Need a badass custody attorney? Pete McArdle is the man! I started my custody battle with another attorney who made me so anxious that I would throw up every time I got an email/phone call. Every time I speak with Pete, he calms me down, puts me at ease and is the layer of protection that I need from my ex-husband. Pete is constantly making me laugh with his communications to OC. My ex-husband HATES HIM and lets me know it on the regular. When you’re dealing with an abusive and narcissistic baby daddy… that’s a good thing 😉. He’s the first attorney that I’ve worked with in Charlotte that isn’t a crook when it comes to billing. He is not cheap, but he will not over bill you. Also worth every penny. And the real MVP is his partner in crime, Mary! She is warm, thoughtful, caring and incredibly thorough. They have both made one of the worst times in my life bearable, and for that I will be forever grateful. 🫶🏻
