My 2022 Ferrari 812 GTS was involved in a non-moving incident in July 2025 while at my Ferrari dealership for service, when a FedEx truck backed into the vehicle. FedEx was at fault, and all repairs were ultimately covered by their insurer. Unfortunately, the repair process took nearly six months. In addition to the repair and diminished value claims, I engaged SeiferFlatow to pursue a loss of use claim. I was referred to Adam Seifer by Billy Walkowiak of Collision Safety Consultants, who was handling the diminished value claim. Prior to this, I was not aware that I had the right to pursue a loss of use claim, and I am extremely grateful Billy made the referral. Adam was professional, responsive, and easy to work with, and the process of engaging his firm was seamless and efficient. From the start, I felt I was in excellent hands. Long story short, SeiferFlatow secured a $160,000 loss of use settlement just a few days after I took delivery of the repaired vehicle. To say this exceeded my expectations would be a massive understatement. My appreciation is beyond words. While I hope to never experience a similar situation again, I would not hesitate to call Adam immediately if the need ever arises.
