I had a very positive experience working with Dave as our mediator during a difficult and emotionally charged conflict. In a perfect world, no one would need representation for a work related issue. But if you do, this would be the firm to choose. David Albrechta was of course knowledgeable, but also caring, empathetic and relatable. My experience was as a parent of a minor who needed help. I don’t know if any teen ever feels comfortable talking to an attorney, but David was exceptional. He handled the process so well, I was able to trust him completely and step back. His support team was also responsive and kind. Overall, we had as positive an experience as possible (thanks to David) in very unfortunate situation.
