My wife contacted Shamloo to seek help with her immigration status. In the beginning he was very helpful and provided insight on how he could help. He charged us $2000 to review her file. We paid and he did the review. He told her how he could help and we thought it was a good plan. He offered a payment plan to pay the substantial cost. We needed a bit of time to financially prepare and to get the money to cover the cost we told him we needed time he agreed and that was that. After we were ready financially to continue the next stage. He completely ghosted my wife.. she send email after email and no response this is completely unprofessional in my opinion. I guess he was satisfied after getting 2k from us.. We will be seeking assistance elsewhere.
