Just to chime in on David's thorough and friendly approach to handling his clients. We were worried and we are glad we took extra precautions to hire him, because we faced aspects on our path to the spousal green card that we would have been unable to figure out without his work and guidance. We absolutely insist David's offered mock interview is a must! Although David was completely sure we were not going to have any issues because he had helped us prepare such an excellent case, David shone a light in our interview preparation on aspects the USCIS officer could further query. After about a 6 and a half month wait at the green card appointment, the officer for our interview indeed looked into questions that David had brought to our awareness. Although our officer was stark he definitely was impressed by all the precision and work we and David put in our case, facilitating the green card appointment to be about 20 minutes long and a whopping success. I noticed I almost blanked on some questions and I kept it together in the interview because I remembered what David told me about what was expected.
