I have had the unique life experience of working with various lawyers in my professional and personal life. Hands down, Baird Quinn has been the best. Mark helped me with a large employment case and then a much smaller one. He handled each equally, with unparalleled professionalism and tenacity. When people describe him as a bulldog, I agree. With other lawyers I have often felt underrepresented. There is nothing worse than wishing your lawyer had countered with a piece of evidence or intelligent rebuttal. I never once felt this way with Mark. I felt he knew me, and the ins and outs of my case and evidence, as well as I did. He made me feel valued and heard. These are unique qualities of a lawyer. Yes, he is a bulldog, and I’ve met a few of these “bulldog type lawyers.” But it’s Mark’s ability to know someone’s case, care about them and his ability to apply the relevant law, which sets him far apart from the rest. My experience with their firm was above par, even down to their amazing paralegal, Diane. Diane is also very knowledgeable. She listens compassionately to the facts of your case, and asks pointed questions, all with the purpose of getting the relevant information to Mark or his partner. When I called for help with my smaller case, both she and Mark remembered me. They were quick to help above and beyond what I even expected. I always hope I’ll never need their services again, but I will unequivocally be back, should the occasion arise. I recommend them to anyone with an employment issue. I also advise anyone who needs a lawyer to be your own advocate first. Gather your evidence, know your documentation, create a timeline of events and then find a lawyer. But honestly, Baird Quinn is so good, and so thorough, if you have a case, they can help you. And you’ll never feel underrepresented or under valued. Trust me, this is a unique experience to have with an attorney.

As a former attorney myself, it was difficult letting someone else handle my employment law case. Not that I wanted to handle my own case, but that I know just how bad most attorneys are at their job! Anyway, for that reason, I went into the attorney-client relationship skeptical and looking for a reason to be critical, but they just impressed me, time and time again. I mean that. The team is professional and timely. TIMELY!!! Things will get done on time and they will ensure that you get your stuff done on time. Very responsive and open to client input, as well, but confident to explain why their strategy might be better. Their demeanor with opposing counsel seemed firm, yet respectful, which typically gets you to a reasonable resolution to your case sooner than normal. Also, Mark (lead counsel) was always helping me keep attorney's fees in mind, ensuring I was mindful of the complete picture, when making strategy decisions. Simply put, they have the characteristics of a law firm that will put you in the best position to maximize a resolution and minimize cost/stress. *This review was for a case during 2020's daily madness and tribulations, so for them to work seamlessly (we met once, mask to mask, and the rest was handled remotely) means they are dedicated or dialed in. Either way, you are picking a winner.

Baird Quinn helped me with a wage dispute with a former employer. I was very happy with their aggressive representation, hard work, honesty and professionalism. The fact that I could rely upon them made the entire matter much less stressful. I highly recommend the firm!!!

Mark’s client demeanor is professional, supportive and respectful. His command of case details is impressive. Once he gets going on a case, he is like a dog with a bone. He is very competent in the conduct of his business. I appreciated that he was realistic in his outcome assessments throughout the process. I am happy to recommend him.
