I want to elaborate on my experience with Mr. Braxton Crenshaw and his practice! I reached out to Mr. Crenshaw when My 17 yr old son got his first speeding ticket (20mph over) a few weeks ago. With me being a single Mom, working a full time job with tons of overtime and weekend work I was scared my son was in jeopardy of losing his license. Hiring Mr. Crenshaw to help us through this situation was the best decision I’ve made. He was able to negotiate a more favorable outcome than we would’ve ever been able to if we just showed up alone. Sometimes you just need the right person who is willing to listen, tell it to you straight, goes the extra mile, has patience and understanding, and the Prosecutor’s phone number. He got my son’s case continued without having to lose his Intermediate while he works on Traffic School and obtains his full license without a huge insurance rate increase. So very Thankful for him and his team! Will definitely recommend him to any family or friends should they need legal counsel in the future!

Reached out to Mr. Crenshaw after a traffic ticket. He was able to negotiate a more favorable outcome for the situation. He's very old school and not tech savvy, but sometimes you just need someone who has the prosecutor's cell number and a willingness to hear you out. Mr. Crenshaw was both of those for me!

I recently visited Mr. Crenshaw's office after a friend of mine highly recommended him to me. I was very apprehensive about going to a lawyer's office, but I needed someone to defend my case. I was met with kindness and respect by all his staff, and when I met Mr. Crenshaw, he immediately put me at ease. I knew he was the right man for the job very quickly. He is a great lawyer, but more importantly a good person. You can tell from spending time with him that he treats the law as a vocation and not just a business.

I was charged with a major traffic violation after an accident, despite insurance claiming I was only 40% responsible for said accident. I had no luck in negotiating with the prosecutor on my own. Called Mr Crenshaw, he had my charged significantly reduced within a week, avoiding the need to go to trial.

I would like to preface this review by saying that I have never gotten into trouble before and therefore never needed an attorney for anything in my life. That being said, I was terrified when I got a traffic ticket this year. I then started asking around for an attorney to help me out and was referred to Mr. Braxton Chrenshaw. From the begining, Mr. Chenshaw, his wife Beth, and other staff invited me into their office with warm smiles and open listening ears. After hearing my situation, Mr. Crenshaw informed me of my options. I was extremely impressed with his wit, his very knowledgeable professional advice, and his warm and lighthearted personality (all of which made me feel comfortable in my decision to hire him to represent me). Mr.Creshaw and his office staff kept me updated throughout the process and they were always available whenever I had any questions or needed anything. I am a vey busy person and I had forgotten the time of one of my scheduled meetings and the office didn't make me feel like an idiot when I called to verify that time, haha. Today, Mr. Crenshaw represented me in court and said everything to the judge in a way I couldn't have said better myself. The judge agreed with his motion and I left victorious. I am completely relieved of this situation and grateful to have found Mr.Crenshaw and Beth to fix things in a time of need in my life. Getting a traffic ticket may not seem like a big deal to most but to me it was like the end of the world and truly upset me to my core. So, in this time, they took over, did the hard work, and helped me take care of a problem that no longer weighs heavy on my shoulders. I can't say enough nice things and will recommend Mr. Chrenshaw to anyone who needs help in any situation that requires an excellent attorney. :)
