Upon my arrival at Baird Mandalas Brockstedt, I was warmly greeted by a receptionist who exuded kindness, hospitality, and a genuine willingness to assist. Despite my tardiness, the staff graciously accommodated me and displayed a remarkable level of understanding. Their exceptional professionalism and unwavering commitment to providing exceptional service left a lasting impression. During my visit, I had the opportunity to meet with two paralegals assigned to my case. Their performance was truly outstanding, as they exhibited attentiveness, empathy, and a deep level of concern for both my legal situation and personal health issues. They were great representing me for my closing and my mom closing in Smyrna as well. I then I used them to prepare my Will, Power of Attorney and other legal affairs. Recently, I had the pleasure to contact Kevin Baird to seek his assistance in setting up an estate plan for my family. Kevin introduced me to his Paralegal (Sarah Schell). If I could give zero stars I would. BMB did my house and made many errors with the paperwork, which I caught (not them!) and made my my wife and I redo several times. Since we were not in state we had to go out of our way to re-notarize items like the the Power of Attorney, which in the end still wasn't right!!! After closing I requested to talk to a lead attorney, who said "they would learn from it and get better next time" but never even apologized! He also said I have the opportunity to "rate them" so, here it is - based on my personal experience this law firm sucks.
