I was in a minor accident which i received a ticket & I had to appear in court. I reached out to Kelly who was available immediately and mentioned she would help with my situation. During this whole process, Kelly was awesome, always reached back out to me in a reasonable amount of time and very polite manner. Kelly was able get my ticket dropped, which resulted in me not needing to appear to court. I did not know what to expect from this whole situation but Kelly made this as easy as possible for me and I would always reached out to her if needed.
