I wanted to update my previous review to reflect my full experience with Chhabra, Gibbs & Trehan. After my initial consultation and some early communication issues, their team ultimately provided excellent service throughout my father’s adjustment of status process. They were thorough in asking for all the necessary documents and guided us step by step. Once everything was submitted, the process took about six months and I’m very happy to say that my father has now received his green card. I truly appreciate their help and professionalism. They handled the case carefully and effectively, and I now highly recommend Chhabra & Gibbs for anyone needing immigration assistance.

I hired this firm after talking to two other firms about. K1 fiancé visa. I felt comfortable with Angela Trehan immediately and met with her and Nikita Nair. We had a conference call with my fiancé and he felt comfortable with them as well. The result is that my spouse is now a permanent resident accomplished in record time. We couldn’t be happier and 100% satisfied with their caring professionalism. They always answered my calls or got back to me immediately when I called. I would recommend them to anyone needing immigration representation.

Don't bother reaching out to them unless you are prepared to pay $250 immediately to even just TALK to someone and potentially get nowhere. They will not discuss anything with you or give you any information unless you pay upfront. If you try to ask questions, the answer is "I don't know you have to talk to an attorney." Then if you ask to talk to one, the only way you can is to pay $250. what a terrible EXPLOITATION of the people they say they are trying to "help" when you are trying to save up money for this expensive process already, and they could just be taking $250 for nothing. You will have no idea how much the process may potentially cost, if they think they can help you, what all they need, NOTHING, unless you pay $250.

I can only recommend Chhara, Gibbs &Trehan!! Angela and her team are simply amazing. All my questions tgroughout the process were answered quickly and they worked hard all the way to my green card. I can't thank the entire team enough for all they have done for me
