We were referred to ClarkSilva Accounts and set up an introductory call with Keith Clark. What stood out immediately about Keith was his honesty and integrity. After hearing about our situation and how we’ve handled our taxes in the past, he told us candidly that his services would likely be more than we needed right now and that we could confidently continue using a DIY tax software. To make sure that was truly the case, he even had us upload last year’s returns through a secure portal so he could review them. He confirmed there wasn’t anything complex that required professional intervention at this time. It’s rare to meet someone who is willing to talk themselves out of a client in the short term. Keith’s transparency, professionalism, and genuine desire to give us the right advice and not just sell a service made a lasting impression. When our tax situation becomes more complicated, he’ll absolutely be our first call.

We were in search for a new tax accountant after the one we had for over 10 years retired. We had a good relationship with him and he was good about communicating with us and addressing questions and concerns we would have. It was important for us to find someone with whom we could have the same level of comfort. From our first communication with Keith of ClarkSilva we were very pleased with his communication skills. He met with us in an initial meeting and was very good about understanding our financial situation. Throughout the process he responded in a timely way to any questions and concerns we had. We were pleased with the work he did not only for us but also for another family member. We can’t praise Keith and his company enough and highly recommend them.

Clark Silva helped us complete our 2023 and 2024 tax returns. We have some international and state complexity as well as a rental property we manage. They were very supportive and patient as we pulled all the information together and made sure we completed on time. I am very happy with their services and will continue to use them.

I was very appreciative of Clark Silva's work in preparing my small business/personal taxes. I worked with Keith, who was a good communicator the entire time. He was timely in answering my questions (all of them! :) ) - and when he did respond, it was clear and concise. He also asked questions for me in a clear and concise way. I also appreciated how they could do all of our taxes remotely using a secure file share. I have already recommended Clark Silva to my neighbors looking for a new CPA.

Honest and helpful! I had an informational call with Keith to see if their tax preparation services were a good fit for my needs, and he was very honest in saying that it seemed my tax situation was pretty straightforward and therefore I could probably find a tax preparer or even use an online service to complete my taxes at a lower out-of-pocket cost. Really appreciated him being so honest, showing he really has the best interest of his clients in mind. I spoke with several CPAs, and he was the only to give advice like this.
