Mike called me right after I submitted my application for my MC number and walked me through everything. He took care of all my filings, driver compliance, and later helped me get my state permits. Jake in the insurance department also ended up taking care of my insurance. After quoting me multiple different ways, he got my down payment down to where I could afford it after about 2 months of dealing with him. He’s been able to change my monthly due date twice now to accommodate my situation. He always picked up the phone when I called, even on the weekends and sometimes at 8pm. I would highly recommend this company to anyone getting their own authority!!

Mike called right after I applied for a dot number, and told me I had to use his service for compliance for my company. They aren't even in the same state as I am nor do I have insurance through them. They then made me think I had to pay using a credit card over the phone in which I proceeded to give them. I was charged for using his service I did not need or want to have. They are a scam, the government website did say my profile would be public for an hour while registering for a dot number and that is how these companies will get your information. Do not trust them. You can upload all forms and compliances yourself free of charge to your portal on the government website. Any company can choose to not use a service and send information straight to the department of transportation for free. They made us think we needed their service and stole my information off line. They charged my credit card right away and I then I had to call and fight with the owner, who continued to tell me I needed their service, that I don't want when I don't live in the same state and did not contact them first. Very rude customer service and I now have to put in a claim to my credit card company for fraud.

I really have to shout out Mike at complete compliance here he really went above the call of duty in my case. Originally I was misled in applying for my dot number through a third party website that charged me $700 and I DIDNT EVEN NEED MY MC NUMBER. They said since I signed a form they won’t refund. Anyways Mike at complete compliance fixed my filing status by submitting correct documents, and I got a $300 refund from the FMCSA. Any time I called if he wasn’t available he always returned. Really helped me fix what the other misleading company messed up on. Also complete compliance ended up doing my drug test and profile for much cheaper, and their insurance was the lowest so of course I took it. Shout out to Jake at complete compliance for setting up my policy and issuing the certificate right when I needed it. I’m not one to usually leave reviews, but this level of service convinced my wife and I to make an account and share our experience.

I can only say great things about Complete Compliance. They called me right after I submitted my application for my authority. After spending over an hour on the phone with multiple departments, I was able to get all my filings done, my drug testing and driver qualification file, and they quoted me on my trucking insurance. The quote was a little high, but my driving history isn’t exemplary. I had other compliance companies call me afterwards that tried to discredit this company and persuade me to use them instead, using all types of unethical scare tactics. Complete compliance was by far the most professional and courteous, giving me just the facts. I would recommend Meghan as she was my compliance representative, and Jake quoted my insurance!!

I’ve been working with a couple of men named Jake, who has helped me with my insurance, and Michael, who has helped me with regulation compliance. They know their stuff. They have directed me on what I need, saved me thousands of dollars, and kept a close eye on my process of starting up. Appreciative doesn’t really grasp my gratefulness, but is the best word I can come up with. Thanks y’all.
