I hired Culbertson to represent me in a child support case, and unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the representation I received. During the time we were actively in court, there was no apparent effort to advocate on my behalf. No legal strategy was presented, no research was done, and no attempt was made to challenge or improve the terms being offered. In the end, I received the exact same agreement that the other parent had already offered me before court, which suggests that no negotiation or legal advocacy took place. Essentially, I could have accepted the same outcome without hiring an attorney. I expected my lawyer to fight for my interests and provide guidance based on the law, but that did not happen. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this attorney to anyone seeking strong or proactive representation in a child support matter.

The father of my 7-year-old passed away, and I reached out to this office seeking guidance. Unfortunately, from the initial call to the actual meeting, I felt this was not the right place for me. The attorney was very short with me, made me feel belittled, and I left without receiving a clear answer. I paid for what turned out to be a 5-minute meeting with no real guidance.
