It was frustrating. I've heard about the professionalism of Attorney Culvell, but I can't say the same about his assistant Elba Chirinos. From the start, she talked about how much she knows and that she's not a lawyer because she couldn't study. Then she made you think your case was good and that the lawyer would most likely take it. She even gave you some advice, provided the costs, and you left there with hope. A week passes since that initial consultation, which isn't free, they don't call you back, and when you finally contact them, they say they can't take your case because it's too difficult! And on top of that, they refer you to another, much more expensive firm. In short: your money and time were wasted. How can I recommend a lawyer whose clients have to go through a biased intermediary like this assistant who didn't even have the courtesy to call and tell us they wouldn't take our case? I don't think the lawyer is aware of this woman's discriminatory practices.

Unhelpful, my mom had a question about her case so she called their office and they told her she needed to pay $60 so they could answer the phone next time. Honestly money hungry and don’t care about their clients. Better off somewhere else.

Very VERY disappointed I had a case open back in 2019 a few Months into working with them They dropped My case told me they could no longer take my case and now 2024 that I changed to a new lawyer and group they contacted my new lawyers office to let them know that we still owed them $$$ when they never once told me why they dropped my case nor that I had an outstanding payment yet 5 yrs later they contact my new lawyer who had taken very good care of us they are claiming money from 2019 they never gave us explanation on why they dropped my case and about no payments! They make you change lawyers and then they try to take credit for work they never did I guess they charge you for nothing!

I know Alan Culwell personally and he is one of the most thoughtful, smart, considerate people I know. I am confident that he cares about the people he represents and puts his heart I to his work
