I can’t even comment on whether this office provides good service or not because I’ve never been able to reach anyone. It is impossible to reach. They do not answer the phone at all. I have called repeatedly with no success, only to be disconnected or ignored. I live over four hours away, so just “going into the office” is not a realistic option. For a service that is supposed to help people who are already struggling, the complete lack of communication is incredibly frustrating and discouraging. A phone number that no one answers serves no purpose. If remote assistance isn’t available, that needs to be clearly communicated. Right now, it feels like being left with no options and no support when help is literally the point of this office.

It is impossible to get someone to answer the phone. Even when I call early in the morning. The phone keeps ringing and then it gives this busy signal. I have tried calling them for a week straight until I am able to get up there to them and it's the same exact thing every time.

You can't call. They don't want anyone calling. I stay 50 miles away!!! Don't even try, its even a real phone number listed.

They've made some changes, it's lovely and clean, spacious, privacy booths, and the front desk receptionist was very polite and got me the help I needed. Thank you

They don’t NEVER answer the phone. Why do we even have an office that never picks up? 🙄🤨
