Lindsay is amazing! She went above and beyond her role as a paralegal and truly cares about the outcome of her client’s cases. I have never seen anyone in the legal system show so much empathy and compassion for their clients. Doug is also an awesome attorney. We are so grateful for their service. Anything related to family court can be stressful, emotional, and frustrating. Attorney Malenfant and Lindsey were amazing during the whole process. I hired Attorney Malenfant to assist me with a Petition of Modification of Timesharing and child support. From the first phone call, Attorney Malenfant was professional yet personable and made me feel confident not only in his ability represent me and the best interest of my kiddo, but that I would be happy with the end result. Unfortunately, my case took about three times longer than we expected but Attorney Malenfant Lindsey remained diligent and determined to move my case as quickly as the courts would allow. My case went to trial where Attorney Malenfant was professional and confident in his abilities and the stressful day turned out as well as I could have hoped for. While no one truly “wins” when it comes to family court, the outcome was a good as I could have hoped for and I was satisfied with the results. Thank you Attorney Malenfant and Lindsey for all your hard work and dedication.

About 15 months ago I found myself in a situation I never wanted to be in. Custody battles are no joke. When I searched around for a good attorney, I came across Davis & Associates. I read the reviews and gave them a call. After some discussion over the phone I decided to move forward with this law firm. Douglas Malenfant was my hired attorney. From day 1, Douglas and his assistant Lindsey made me feel like family. They made me feel like they actually cared about my case, my family and my situation. Lindsey constantly made sure I was up to date with any progress or new information on the case. Lindsey was constantly showing care and compassion for my situation. Even when I was frustrated with a simple misunderstanding, Lindsey remained professional and helped to solve the problem. I now have custody of my daughter thanks for Douglas and his team at Davis & Associates. Thank you!!!!
