Excellent!!! I'd never heard of this firm before I submitted an online contact form requesting a quote for service. They responded very quickly. They gave a straight forward quote for the exact services I asked about. Then, they quickly provided me with EXACTLY what I needed at the price they quoted. They were polite, professional, and very affordable! There was no attempt to "up sell" other services. Service like this has become all too rare! I highly recommend this firm. The attorney who worked with me was James Borgman. I was very impressed with him. Friendly. Professional.

These people are awesome. My family was in need of a CPA . We hired Tracy Osborne. She is absolutely amazing. I can't praise her enough. Definitely saved me a lot of headaches and stress. I definitely recommend these people.

My impression of the staff at DeFur Voran was that they were very knowledgeable, helpful, and also very personable. They were prompt in replying back to me with any questions I had, and overall just continually do a fantastic job as attorneys. I have been very happy with them and the work that they do for me.

Easy to access with me being in a wheelchair and my father having a walker. We went to the Muncie location. Fare prices. We like the plan he has set out for us and look forward to meeting there again.

We were told we had a "slam dunk" immigration case, but it was mishandled repeatedly by this office. Emails go weeks without response and voicemails are not returned. Thoroughly unimpressed. Can't believe we gave them thousands of dollars to bungle our case.
