Without getting too much into the details of my case, it was uphill, challenging, and incredibly stressful. My previous legal counsel was unable to assist when I had new challenges in my case because he was retiring. He referred me to Denali Law Group. I was apprehensive to switch, but it was well worth it. The paralegal, Mary, was incredibly empathetic, supportive, organized, and thorough, and always returned my calls and emails quickly. Jon-Marc was also so very supportive, methodical in his approach, was quick to manage curveballs that came our way, and did a fantastic job advocating for me in court. They were always honest and direct with me. We had a challenging case but the end result was in my favor as a result of their diligence. I worked with Jon Marc on my custody modification case. He was affordable, knowledgeable, professional and honest. He never sugar coated anything but remained realistic with me the entire time. He was compassionate and made court so much more comfortable. His paralegal Mrs. Almeida was wonderful and professional. She always made time for any concerns and she did a lot of the work, which saved money. The billing was flawless and I never wondered where one penny went. In the end Jon Marc was able to help me achieve what I hoped to. In sensitive matters, it is so important to have a team you can trust and this is definitely it!

When I walked into Jon-Marc’s offices I find him about my experiences with attorneys and how I felt like they told me I could get something that I couldn’t actually get. I asked him to always be so honest with me that it hurts. He did just that and I was never once lead astray. I worked with Jon-Marc and Mary, his paralegal and I felt they answered every question very thoroughly and put every fear to rest. Having their counsel made me more confident walking into a courtroom. Jon-Marc is extremely well educated in law and truly wants the best and most fair outcome. Never once did I feel like I was being told I could get what I was asking and I didn’t get it. Every plan that was laid out for me went exactly how we wanted. Nobody plans ahead when it comes to legal issues until they come, but when they happen, it’s best to have best and most experienced team on your side. After being charged with 3 criminal charges and challenging family situation, attorney Marisa Chud from Denali law group spent great amount of time to learn more about my case before I was even committed to hire them. After working for over 1.5 years with Marisa and her aid, I believe I ended up with outstanding results. Combined experience within the law firm is very high, and it’s important to have a long term strategy when starting complicated legal battles. I honestly don’t wish anyone to have to go through long and expensive process like I had to go through, but I didn’t have better options. It’s best to follow advice that they give and be ready to prepare paperwork, witnesses and supporting documents ahead of time for better outcome in the courtroom.
