In my opinion Devine is not Honorable even if he was appointed by a certain Governor for a temporary Judgeship. In my opinion he is persuaded and guided by his political aspirations and colleagues who share his political leanings. His representation of me, in my opinion, was unprofessional and unethical. He is driven by his desire to be a career Judge and by money. His representation hurt my immediate family and our future, including that of my disabled son. I have forgiven him in my heart but I will not forget.
