I wanted to divorce my ex husband but wasn't sure how to go about doing so. I also didn't have alot of money to pay an attorney for every email, phone call, court appearance and etc. My mom told me that Pro Se was the way to go. I tried reaching out to various pro se offices but was not receiving an answer from any. This was the only office who returned my call. When I first filed for divorce it appeared it was going to be done quick and easy. However I ended up pregnant with my son after filing (not by my ex). In the state of Wisconsin a divorce can not proceed while pregnant until the premarital presumption is overcome. My ex husband wanted nothing to do with completing the necessary paperwork nor did he bother to show up to any of the court appearances. The court granted my divorce on default.

She was so patient and kind to me at my worst moments. Fast respond times by text, emails, or voicemail. She made sure I understood everything. The only thing I should have done differently is taking the papers directly to the court house after she prepared them. I emailed all the paperwork to courts. That put extra stress on the already stressful event. I would recommend her.

Lovett was very professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate! Took a lot of time with me and was always very prompt to return phone calls and emails. Very dependable! I highly recommend her!

I highly recommend Ms. Lovett, as I live in another state and had the pleasure of having her explain everything in simplest terms in a way that I layperson could understand as well as keeping me informed every step of the way. She gave her knowledge and details and was able to ease the fear of the "unknown" all the while remaining respectful, professional, and understanding.
