Don Spears " represented " my daughter in the of her children in her divorce , after reading all of the reviews that have been posted about his job performance , as well as the responses to the unfavorable comments . It now seems very very clear to me , as it should to any one else that reads all of his responses to the unfavorable comments . Don did virtually nothing for my daughter , he sat in court as if he were sitting in a movie theater and did not once speak up in my daughters defense to all of the made up lies that her ex , his family , and attorney threw around in court with nothing to back the lies up , but Don never challenged any of this , he also never voiced or presented how abusive her ex was to her . After court he acted as though it was my daughters fault she lost her children , Don himself was also verbally abusive to my daughter on the phone to the point her friend had to step in and yelled at Don about the way he was speaking to her . From all that i have seen and read this man is incompetent or easily bought off . I would not trust this man with any case that you deem life altering if you lose . Now Don or Sonya , which ever one of you choose to respond to this , remember you are in the south and responding with some nasty venomous remarks , regardless of what they are , you will only be telling more about yourselves than anyone else , as well as verifying most of what i just stated . I honestly could not be more thankful for this lawyer. He defended me when someone (who was essentially a stranger) was trying to get access to my son. It was rocky here and there, but this man showed up for us even when he was in pain. If it wasn't for him, I'd still be fighting someone (who all but disappeared 11 years ago) for custody of the child i have raised alone. Thanks to this man and his team, I can rest peacefully knowing nobody can ever do this to us again. They gave me peace of mind when it comes to the most important part of my life. Thank you all. I'm forever grateful.

Don Spears represented me on my recent divorce. He was masterful in the way he handled my case. Don was able to protect my assets and reputation by diligently holding my ex to task and proving her lack of credibility to the court.
