If Google would allow you to leave zero stars, I would. Dimitri and his team are impossible to reach not to mention unprofessional. Dimitri literally does NOT answer any emails and the only employee you hear from is a remote support person. Like others have described here, I too submitted all my tax documents and proceeded to hear nothing despite multiple calls and emails. 90 days and one filing extension later, they STILL had done nothing. I requested a refund, which they said they would send via check. That was over a month ago and I have receiving nothing. I really don't understand how a company like this can even stay in business. Save yourself time and aggravation and go elsewhere!

I have been a customer since 2020 and my experience has been HORRIBLE. Dimitri is a great accountant but it is nearly impossible to reach him or anyone in his office. I submitted all tax documents to his office at the beginning of March and then begin calling daily when I hadn't heard back from him and tax day was quickly approaching. I didn't receive a response until well after tax day and was told they filed an extension. My taxes were not ready until July! I am now dealing with a 2,500 fine from the IRS and no response from Dimitri for well over a month. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
