From the very beginning, Scott Mahady was extremely caring, knowledgeable, and honest about the possible outcome of my daughter's lawsuit. He continued to demonstrate those qualities over the next two years until the case was settled satisfactorily. Most of my dealings were with Morgan Branch, a pre-litigation paralegal in Scott's office. She is a treasure: compassionate, very responsive, and super-competent. She handled all the paperwork, which included those terrifyingly enormous hospital and medical bills which kept arriving almost on a daily basis! She answered any questions or concerns I had by return email the same day, took care of all the record-keeping (and there was lots of it) so calmly that I was instantly reassured and knew I was in good hands. If there was something for which she didn't have an immediate answer, she got the correct information very promptly. Above all, she and Scott were extremely patient throughout the entire process and understood the ramifications of my daughter's injuries. And there was never any waiting for a call-back: the prompt responses were greatly appreciated. For all of the above reasons, I have no hesitation in recommending DWC to all.

The car accident I was in was the worst experience of my life. I could not have gotten through it without the assistance of lawyers and paralegals. I was able to focus on healing up because most of the work was done by them; it was a huge relief in the day to day. Long story short, I ended up getting a settlement that was far larger than I'd anticipated. I could not have done it without them. I have zero regrets. I basically made more money and did less work than if I hadn't gotten a lawyer. I was able to focus on healing my injuries, and the "what comes next" aspect of things. 100% worth the legal fees, and a total no-brainer decision in hindsight. Scott (Mahady) and his staff were wonderful - helpful and kind. He saw the legitimacy in my complaint and didn't stop until we got justice. Definitely recommended if you need these services.

Took some time as these things do but in the end I got a fair and equitable settlement that was painless compared to the injury itself. I would happily use Scott Mahady and Amber Adeboi again as my representation for anything that might come up, you should too. I received my settlement check a few days ago. I want to say thanks to everyone who worked on my case and Dwyer Williams Cherkoss for taking my case when others wouldn't.
