I was very fortunate to have Doug Alexander of Saalfeld Griggs available to help me with the sale of my practice. The pandemic this last year caused it to turn into a seven month marathon. Because of Doug's knowledge and perseverance I am very happy with the results of the sale. He knew about things I had never thought of , and the structure of the sale made my accountant very happy. That's very important to me come tax time. Of all the people I dealt with to sell my practice, Doug was the most knowledgeable and focused, especially to my needs and desires. He has also followed through to help with a couple of small glitches with the buyer, and motivating the buyer to comply with the contract. That is really nice to have, and shows a commitment to customer service. that I appreciate.
