If I could rate lower I would. This man thought that because of the nature of our case that we were our and would want it on contingency., he talked down to us and basically said we didn't know anything and our best solution was to sell our house and move away instead of stay and fight for our home. He laughed at the damage the situation has caused and was generally just rude and condescending. I wouldn't waste my time getting his opinion on anything, and I definitely wouldn't hire him even if you would do it on contingency. You'd be better off representing yourself. This guy even got mad because it was after hours and his call answering service transferred us to him. And when I say after hours it was like 10 minutes after 5
