I worked with Mr. Eiges and he was very generous with his time to just explain to me what needed to happen. We are are supposed to be an uncontested divorce, and my Xhusband was trying to put all the expenses on me. I found Mr. Eiges, kind, direct, and with a sense of humor which is vital to me. Won't work with anyone who doesn't. World is tough enough these days. I am very grateful for his wise guidance and handling of this divorce. The process was made very peaceful.

I have requested the service for this Law Firm on January ,2023 for an uncontested Divorce and all I got was headaches because don't believe they have any interest on my cases. First, I am do work with Kenneth and he assigned me Rachell Cousins and I have provided all the documents necessary . But when I have called on January 2024 to find out the status of my divorce because it was supposed to take 3 or 6 months and nothing. So the secretary Elizabeth told me that Rachell was not longer working there since October but I was never informed that my lawyer left which it was very inresponsables because that wasn't free. Then Scott took my case and it took until September of last year to finally finalized my case. No happy with all this, I was charged Consultation fee of $150.00 but in the website it said is free Consultation. But if I decided to work with them, they will refund my money back. In addition, the Consultation fee was never refunded to me . But I have asked Jessica back on March and based on Scott on 3/31/25 he would refund the fee and until now nothing yet. He said that he would check with his bookkeeper and nothing. On 4/30/25 I have called the office and based on the secretary he was on the line but he would return my call once he finish. So, she asked what it is tha I need to tell him and once I said that American Express haven't received the refund yet, then she said that now a need an appointment. But it is already May 13th and no money back yet. Very inresponsables that until now I don't have my money. I also I sent Scott am email before Easter and no reply yet. I don't know how this Firm had this rating. Very disappointed.
