To all individuals seeking legal representation, I must issue a cautionary note: PROCEED WITH CAUTION! It is straightforward. Mr. Emejuru exhibits a high degree of arrogance, is primarily motivated by financial gain, and may abandon you during litigation if he perceives no potential for profit from your case. Such a representative is not in your best interest. My insights are drawn from personal experience. He has a history of intentionally neglecting filing deadlines in an effort to pressure the opposing party into a settlement, which can be detrimental to your case. He tends to overlook essential information that should be presented as relevant, due to his unwillingness to accept correction. Furthermore, he has been known to fabricate a negative review on his own platform to justify withdrawing as counsel mid-trial for a client, as he failed to identify a straightforward path to financial gain from the opposing party (a fact we can substantiate). This man frequently feels the need to assert that he is not a subpar attorney, yet his actions mirror those of one. Additionally, his practice consistently falls out of “good standing” annually in court (this information is publicly accessible via Maryland SDAT). There are numerous other concerns. Ultimately, I urge you to PROCEED WITH CAUTION. Invest in an attorney who will not subject you to the challenges I have faced.

Mr Emejuru changed my life I was being bullied and harassed at my job for my disability I almost gave up on my Case until I contact Mr Emejuru he sat down and explained to me everything he was going to do in my case then won the Case. My experience with Ike Emejuru: He withdrew days before EEOC 90 day deadline was due. He told me forget about OSHA investgation for more than 2 months then said "OSHA is the only way that I'm able to be awarded." He mailed the demand letter to my house instead of the defendant's. He withdrew and told me I had 2 days left to write up a rebuttal to the defendant's attorney's position statement (in his defense, he offer to type one up pro bono. In truth, the way he border line sabotaged my case, I hardly trust the air he breathes). He told me he was filing court papers in July 2025 which he never did. He said the MOSH investigator will grant me an extension which was completely untrue. I told him I couldn't morally support him suing for ADA light duty, he said it could have been the reason I was fired (as if I wasn't there when it happen to know why I was). Horrible communication skills, over talks, leaves you with questions, will not educate you on the process. What I will say is that he took the case on a contingency basis. He did not take my money. So I didn't lose money. Because of him, I lost the right to sue. It's over. Like boxer who's paid to throw a fight, that's how I feel. He was my fighter who took a payout without me knowing, so now I'm unable to sue. I do not and will not trust this person.
