Fantastic, especially Manny! Our experience at Zipin, Amster & Greenberg was outstanding, and with excellent results. We sought legal advice after a bad car accident: the other side accepted full responsibility but their insurance company were making very low settlement offers. We were referred by friends to Emmanuel Fishelman at Zipin, who made a very good impression from our first interaction. Manny was professional, corteous, knowledgable, experienced, and efficient. He asked thorough questions and did his homework before suggesting a course of action. His assesment and prediction of how things would turn out were 100% accurate. He communicated plainly and directly without being pushy, leaving all decisions with us the client. Manny was ready and wiling to litigate the case (relatively small compared to a typical car accident court case), but he was also insistent that we properly obtain all information and then exhaust our options for a settlement. In the end, thanks to Manny's efforts, the insurance company offered a significantly improved settlement (triple their original offer) which we accepted. Thanks to Manny we doubled our money without needing to go to court, with no hassle from our side (Manny and his team really did all the work), and with huge peace of mind that we did this properly. We would strongly recommend this firm to anyone in need of legal services.

TL;DR: Exceptional attorney & team – highly recommend Manny! Emmanuel (“Manny”) was recommended to me by a friend who attended law school with him, and I’m incredibly grateful for that connection. From day one, he was proactive and strategic in pursuing a resolution in my favor for my car accident case. Over the course of nearly three years, he stayed on top of every detail and never stopped pushing to move things forward, especially when the other party dragged their feet. What I appreciated most was how he balanced being both aggressive in negotiations and realistic with my expectations. He always took the time to explain what was happening, kept me updated even during the slower periods, and made sure I never felt forgotten or in the dark. Manny is friendly, approachable, and consistently made himself available for my calls and questions, which gave me a lot of peace of mind through a very stressful process. BEWARE OF THIS GREEDY LAWFIRM!!!!! Please be advised to not do business with this law firm and Mr. Zipin. These people will deceive you into thinking you have a case even when you give them a detailed explanation of your situation, just to cash in the ridiculous consultation fee of $575 (which from reading other reviews they pick and choose what to charge vs a standard fee). They do not actually care about clients or peoples wellbeing but actually only about money. Although I was not pleased with his lack of passion towards representing me and his very nonchalant energy, Mr. Zipin mentioned to me that if certain things take place after I met with him to reach back out so he can help me. After calling his office, they reached back out to me and asked me questions about my case again that I had already answered, which showed that he and they did not even truly take detailed notes of what I had told them. They then further emailed me to inform me that in order for him to assist, they would need to set up another PAID consultation. They will deceive you to make you think they care when in all reality they can really care less about you or your family. I advise not to do business with them at all or even consider them. It’s plenty of law firms out there that have better consultation fees or even free consultations because they actually care about PEOPLE. GREEDY ZIPIN AMSTER & GREENBERG LLC DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!
