Great experience! I received the dreaded letter from the IRS telling me that I owe them thousands. One call to Equinox is all it took. Rob walked me through each scenario and plan. He kept me calm and sane. Fast forward a few months. I just got my letter from the IRS... I owe them nothing! Excellent service. Professionally delivered. I would recommend them to anyone.

Anytime I had a question or concern Lynn would call me and answer my questions or concern. They are timely with everything and they always keep you informedof everything. If you don't want IRS problems and need a good company to handle your business, they are the company. Nothing but great things to say about them. Your in good hands with them. Robert is the best. I hear it in his voice and by his work. He wants the best for us. So I give flowers to Lynn, Robert, and the rest for a job well done.

Equinox allows me as an owner operator to do the thing I do best, drive. They provide the back office accounting, tax preparation, and sound advice. I ran into a tax situation that occurred prior to my association with Equinox. Rob and his team walked me through it. They did a great job in getting my tax problem resolved. They communicate, and as an advisor, they listen, and give sound advice. Imagine that! Thank you Rob, and all of the Equinox team.

I hired Equinox as a last minute move. I needed a bookkeeper and needed one fast. Equinox took our company right away and their pricing was very comparable to the others I had looked at. It is 2 years now and I won’t go anywhere else. Everyone I have spoken with at Equinox makes time for our company. I have never felt rushed or 2nd rate. If I have questions or need some work done with our company, Equinox is my team. They are also teamed up with ADP, the payroll company. I hired them as well for our company and am very comfortable with the entire team we have. I know that there are other companies out there that do the same thing that Equinox does, but I won’t leave here at all. Why tell my story to someone else and start over when Equinox does a superb job for me for the same price? I have full trust in this company, one that stands behind their work and works side by side with the companies they represent. Thanks you guys. I feel like our small corporation is much larger with teams like you.

It's a shame that Colton & his bunch have become more about the almighty dollar than providing good customer service. Truckers beware the rates are outrageous from this accounting firm. We were customers for four years and there is ZERO loyalty.
