Phil is very nice, he’s really bad at communication though. It was communicated to me that he was going to file previous years for $1500 but then came to find out that was only for the investigated process which most other firms will do for free. He is also terribly difficult to get a hold of. I couldn’t get him to respond to my emails and he only responded after I sent multiple emails and put a meeting on his calendar just to respond to my email. We didn’t even know if he was getting our emails because he wouldn’t confirm that he received anything. When we canceled then he responded and then looked through our email and discovered that we had emailed him two weeks prior. But he didn’t see it until that point. He is incredibly expensive and wouldn’t provide a refund, even though there was clearly miscommunication. Do yourself a favor and hire a large firm, surprisingly they are less expensive and have up-to-date processes. I don’t really even know what we paid him for it at this point. Apparently it was for investigation, but I had provided all of my prior year transcripts anyway so. Use a bigger firm your experience will be much better and I’ll probably respond to your emails sooner than 2 to 3 weeks. I have the receipts to prove it.

Phillip has been a huge help and a blessing. He has helped me walk through back taxes for my mother in law that never got filed while she was in skilled nursing with dementia. He is now helping me navigate the back taxes and his knowledge and speed of work have been incredible. I highly recommend!!

Phil handled a somewhat complicated tax return and amendment for us very competently. He was so thorough that he even caught a mistake our previous accountant had made on a prior return so that we could correct it. He is a pleasure to work with and really knows what he's doing. His pricing is reasonable and transparent. We highly recommend him!

Mr. Foster is very nice and easy to talk to. But he is terribly hard to get ahold of. He just doesn't return calls. Although I brought my tax information in on time, I ended up filing late because I couldn't get ahold of him and then he temporarily lost my records. I appreciate his hard work but do not like being left out in the cold as to when my taxes will be completed. I can't use him again and I'm sorry.

Phillip has helped me the last couple years with my taxes. I have been very pleased with his work. This year he caught that I did not have my 1099 for my HSA which saved me from getting audited, thank you Phillip!! Overall I have always had a great experience getting my taxes done fast and I feel good they are done correct.
