Eric is extremely professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced employment attorney who truly understands the law. I went into my case with my own ideas about how I wanted to approach things, and he was very straightforward with me about what would and wouldn’t serve my best interests. I genuinely appreciated that honesty. He wasn’t afraid to push back when needed, and his guidance helped refine my approach into one that was more legally sound, professional, and strategically thought out. While my final outcome wasn't what I initially hoped for, he ensured that I reached a fair and equitable resolution and that I was not left paying attorney’s fees out of pocket. I truly don’t think I could have navigated this process or achieved a reasonable outcome without his expertise. In addition, he and his entire team are some of the most responsive professionals I’ve ever worked with. I never once wondered about the status of my case. Emails were answered same day, and communication was always clear and thorough. He even worked on my case up through Christmas Eve, which was completely unexpected and speaks volumes about his work ethic and the level of care he puts into his clients’ cases. I live in Texas and he is based in DC, and despite that, he was one of the only attorneys (out of the dozens I spoke with) willing to really take the time to understand the details and complexities of my situation. I had spoken with many other attorneys who passed me around or told me to call someone else in another state. He stepped up, took my case seriously, and followed through. I surely hope that I never need an employment attorney again, but if I do, he will absolutely be the first person I call.
