My husband and I are beyond grateful to Francis Law Center for their outstanding support and guidance throughout our entire immigration journey. Incredible Support from Start to Finish – Highly Recommended! This was my first time working with Jae and his team, and I truly could not have asked for a better experience. My husband and I went through the Adjustment of Status process together, and Jae guided us every step of the way with so much care, clarity, and professionalism. We had three mock interviews to fully prepare us for any question or scenario. In total, we had over seven meetings throughout the process, and each one was incredibly helpful. Their case preparation was impressively detailed and solid — our file included well-crafted personal statements, affidavits, and far more supporting documents than required. Because the case was so well-prepared, our USCIS interview was done together instead of separately, lasted just 25 minutes, and felt smooth and stress-free. We received our green cards just 2–3 weeks later. Jae is honest, responsive, and clearly knows this field inside and out. His pricing was fair and transparent from the start, and the secure online platform they use made it easy to stay on top of everything. I also really appreciate the informative and current immigration videos he shares on YouTube (just search “Jae Francis Lee”). We started working with Jae in 2019. Due to the pandemic, our case was delayed, and we remained in a long waiting process to get the conditions on my green card removed. We submitted our petition in 2023, and in 2024 I received an email from Jae saying, “Congratulations! Your case was approved without an interview.” We were beyond excited—after all the time we had waited. But weeks went by and the green card never arrived. When I checked the USCIS website, I found out that our case was still pending. I reached out to Francis, who simply responded, “Sorry, it was our mistake.” Unfortunately, due to the challenges of blending family dynamics, my husband and I decided to live apart. I take responsibility for not informing Francis immediately. In 2025, we received an RFE (Request for Evidence) from USCIS, which made it clear we would need legal support to respond. I scheduled a meeting last Friday to discuss this. My husband couldn’t attend because of his daughter’s tournament, but I showed up, ready to move forward. To my shock, less than 20 minutes into the meeting, Francis informed me that they would no longer represent us—simply because the case had become “too complicated.” This experience has left me feeling completely unsupported and, frankly, taken advantage of. They took our case six years ago because it looked like an “easy win,” accepted our money, made their own critical errors (including a premature message claiming approval), and when we finally needed serious legal representation, they stepped away without hesitation. I wouldn’t recommend this firm. If your case is simple and you’re in a strong relationship, you might not need a lawyer at all—you could save your money for when complications arise. Ironically, the moment we actually needed a lawyer, they weren’t there for us. And that defeats the whole purpose of hiring legal support in the first place.
