Paul Dull took on my case last minute and had necessary paperwork to the judge immediately. He never gave me a hard time about needing counsel last minute and took my case seriously wanting me to get everything that was fair and equal for me. He’s so good-the opposing party completely dropped the case after I hired him! Super down to earth, and TIMELY! Yeah it was all great in the beginning. I told them that there was no probate for the will in their County. But yet they wanted to take weeks to walk over to the courthouse and verify themselves, of course charging me for every minute of walking. Then after over a month when all I needed was a letter drafted and sent and it hadn't been done.. I had to beg for it basically. Then because they refused to speak to me over the phone and nothing but emails of course you know they kept sending me draft after draft after draft I mean come on it's a freaking letter. And then when I got the answer that I needed they suggested that of course they look into something else which you know it takes 2 seconds to Google that the information that he came up with. And yet at the end of all of this my $2,000 trust is completely gone. Without an itemized invoice that I have repeatedly asked for and not only have they not giving it to me they're not even acknowledge that I've asked for it. Be very wary of this firm and be very careful of anything you give them in advance. There's a freaking way on the God's given Earth that I believe they're writing a letter and sending it should cost $2,000 it's outrageous and yet they still let me know exactly what they charged towards the trust.
