Melissa Flannigan, and Fuquay Family Law exceeded my expectations during my consultation appointment. I have been through the wringer when it comes to my divorce and the parental alienation I and our children have experienced from my ex.wife. Melissa and her team took the time to understand my unique case pertaining to “parental alienation, and harassment for additional child support outside of what was agreed upon within our separation agreement. It’s been a nightmare but I appreciated the team at Fuquay Family Law taking the time to listen and be empathetic to the emotional and physical toll my situation has taken on me personally and as a father. Family Court and the Wake County residents are fortunate to have Melissa. If you are in the unfortunate need of representation- Melissa is ethical, professional and wise. With my work and personal experience, many attorneys do not match her level of professionalism and knowledge. She is truly focused on the best interest of the minor- which should always be the focus of parents.
