I was in need of an immigration lawyer and took my time to shop around for the most responsive and straight forward, someone who gave me a good vibe to begin with. I went to a few consultations and sent 40+ emails and phone calls and there was always something with most of them. Not with Susanne Gad. She was always very responsive, diligent and very knowledgeable. Pricing was most reasonable and she solved my case needs much faster than others quoted me to be possible. I don’t know how to begin or what to say about how professional Sarah is. I filed for my wife on the I-130 visa and, during her interview, was denied the visa due to an error from the US Embassy in Sierra Leone. The Counselor officer claimed that my wife had falsified one of her documents, and she was given a 212(a)(6)(c)(i) fraud or misrepresentation, which banned her from coming to the US. We were devastated and angry at the same time. I reached out to so many attorneys who recommended doing a waiver. Although it was easy to follow, my wife and I did not want to do a waiver because we knew that the Embassy had made an error. Her documents were genuine; we would not falsify them to get her to the US. When I reached out to Sarah, she immediately told me not to do a waiver because we would accept that my wife provided false documents, even though she did not. Sarah was not only highly knowledgeable, but she was sensitive to the fact that my wife and I were going through a very traumatic experience due to the Embassy’s decision. Sarah would 'check in' with us and ensure we always knew what was happening. She assured me that it would be fine. Yes, she got the job done! Within three months, the US Embassy reversed its decision and issued my wife her visa. No words can express my thanks and appreciation for Sarah. She is a great attorney and has a passion for her clients. I highly recommend Sarah to anyone seeking a professional attorney who can get the job done and have her clients at heart!
