I hired their services for an urgent procedure and paid a very high cost, a total of 600 dollars. 100 for a consultation and 500 for them to process a humanitarian visa. They provided the information and everything they asked for. I was left waiting for them to tell me how everything was going and nothing. For days I was waiting for them to answer my calls or respond to my messages and they didn't, so I decided to go to the office and that's how they gave my case priority. The procedure that the lawyer carried out did not work, so she suggested that we do another procedure and I said yes and the same thing happened to me, she sent her the information, I sent her everything and they did not do the procedure, terrible service, I threw 600 dollars in the trash, because someone would help me process a Humanitarian Visa.
